Why were you looking for an AMS?
We had been using the NetForum Pro product. The biggest hurdle we were finding was that each time the product was bought out by another conglomerate, the service, especially for Realtor Associations, got less and less.
Tell us about your onboarding experience.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. It was helpful to know that when we were working to onboard with GrowthZone that you took the time to figure out the best ways of making our uniqueness work.
Is GrowthZone easy to use?
We’ve worked with three different AMS systems since I’ve been here and wholeheartedly, our staff picked up GrowthZone the fastest.
What’s an example of how GrowthZone makes you more efficient?
Since I started at the organization in 2009, we’ve been looking to have online applications. Whether you’re a staff of eight like us, or a staff of one or two, the online applications that GrowthZone offers have reduced application processing times. Getting somebody’s application in hand, in the system, and all their services turned on used to be a 72+ hours process. Depending on our volume, we can now get somebody in, onboarded, and services turned on in less than a day.
