Why did you start using GrowthZone?

I’ve been using GrowZone with one of my clients since about 2018. At the time, we were on a custom-built solution, and we wanted something that was a little bit more of a readymade package with some flexibility to work in some other integrations. We thought GrowthZone was a good option; we feel like you get a lot of value for the price point and the level of investment. The public-facing website templates are contemporary, design-friendly, and easy to transition to, and the back-end functionality is also pretty easy to use.

What do you like best about GrowthZone?

I’d say the number one thing is definitely website templates. I don’t think every AMS provider has those design-friendly templates, so I think GrowthZone’s a great option if you want a nice-looking website with a solid database on the back end.

Why should AMCs consider GrowthZone?

Overall, it’s easy to learn the platform, easy-to-run reports, and easy-to-edit the website, which, when you’re working on multiple clients, can get messy but we haven’t run into any major issues with GrowthZone.

How does the platform lead to efficiency and member growth?

GrowthZone seems to handle company memberships and the way that’s structured well, so that helps us track the members, automate the renewal process, and keep track of payments. We also utilize the auto-renew feature as well so that’s definitely helped the clients grow their membership and, at the same time, offer event registration all through one login.

What about ROI?

I consider it the confidence of the group that I managed on GrowthZone. We reduced our technology expenses significantly by moving to GrowthZone, while at the same time not necessarily affecting any of our operations. We’ve been able to integrate the LMS system. We’ve been able to do everything through GrowthZone. And we’ve been able to adjust our membership levels along the way.

Would you recommend GrowthZone?

GrowthZone is a solid option. It’s a powerful database that’s easy to run, and the functionality is all there, so getting up to that 100% utilization is a little easier with GrowthZone. And also, the customer support has been pretty good.
