NISSWA, MN – January 17, 2023 – GrowthZone, provider of association management software, has released its 2023 Medical & Healthcare Association Survey results.
The survey polls medical and healthcare association professionals on membership practices including retention and recruiting; innovation and initiatives; revenue; and more.
While over half of respondents say engagement is about the same as last year, lack of engagement is listed as one of the top reasons for members not renewing.
“66% of those polled believe their members recognize the unique value of their organization,” said John Cook, GrowthZone Senior Vice President of Marketing. “It is our goal to support these association professionals with the technology tools to engage members and increase revenue.”
Conducted in the fourth quarter of 2022, the survey was sent by email and received responses from 115 medical and healthcare professionals across North America.
