Event management and communication tools quickly stood out. The ability to segment messaging by group, event, or location allowed the team to communicate more intentionally and efficiently, which was a large improvement over what the team was able to do previously.

The Results

For a small team of 10, the results were immediate and noticeable. Efficiency quickly improved within the organization. They manage companies that range from small firms to large organizations, so the ability to track businesses alongside their individual members, as well as all corresponding data, simplified a typically complex process.

"I love the fact that it's cloud-based," Frank said. "Immediately we have access to our data, wherever we are." The intuitive interface improved efficiency and enabled the team to collaborate with and learn from other state organizations like theirs.

The onboarding process also reinforced this sense of reliability. "It went much smoother than I thought," Frank said. What may have been a disruptive process ended up being steady and well-managed, with a responsive GrowthZone team guiding the transition process.

Ongoing support has been just as meaningful. "My staff is getting the support they need, and they're not coming to me because it's not happening or it's not reliable or it's not correcting the problem," Frank said. "I'm not getting the calls." For leadership, this confidence in the software and the people behind it makes all the difference.
