Why were you looking for a new chamber software?
One of the biggest issues we were having with our prior system was that the invoicing process was extremely manual as well as time and effort intensive for our staff.
How is GrowthZone great for Chambers?
Specific to the Chamber, one of the things that we like most about GrowthZone is that it’s a great CRM system for member facing. We can create a campaign for donations or fundraising. We can also do drip campaigns that tell us when a recipient opened an email, if we got a bounceback, if the email went to their junk folder, or if we maybe had the wrong email. GrowthZone has really made it great for member facing and we’ve also gotten great feedback from people saying that it’s easier to make payments using GrowthZone.
What feedback have you heard from members?
We’ve gotten great feedback that our communication looks more streamlined because members are receiving the same type of communication with the drip campaigns. We’ve also gotten feedback that events are going more smoothly because we can use the QR code check-in integration, which has been really nice for members.
What ROI have you seen with GrowthZone?
We’ve had an incredible return on investment with using GrowthZone, namely staff time and effort. The invoicing process alone compared to our prior system, has saved us at least 75% of time between the Finance and Membership departments. It’s really allowed us to focus on other things like member engagement. We’re focusing on building and maintaining those relationships away from the manual processes that we were doing beforehand.
