NISSWA, MN – January 27, 2022 – GrowthZone, provider of member management software, has released its 2022 Chamber Industry Survey results.
Topics covered in the survey include membership renewal and retention numbers; values and policies; current initiatives and new programs; revenue; and more. The report also includes words of wisdom and lessons learned in 2021 from hundreds of chamber professionals.
“This year’s survey results show the resilience of chambers; overcoming adversity through the unknowns of the pandemic,” said John Cook, GrowthZone Senior Vice President of Marketing. “It is interesting that reported net memberships, new memberships, membership renewals, and member engagement are all better than the year before; implying a step in the right direction and a return to normalcy for the chamber industry.”
The survey report names the top 10 biggest non-dues revenue sources including events, sponsorship, contract services as the top 3.
Conducted in the fourth quarter of 2021, the survey was sent by email and received responses from over 500 chamber professionals across North America.
In its 8th year, the Chamber Industry Survey Results Report has proven to be a popular resource year after year.
