For over 40 years, the National Indian Council on Aging (NICOA) has been a leading advocate for American Indian and Alaska Native Elders, serving more than 2,400 members and supporting 567 tribes across the U.S. and Alaska. With a small staff, managing member data, events, communications, and fundraising was complex and time-consuming.
Their previous CRM was cluttered, expensive, and required a dedicated administrator to manage it. The system had more features than they needed, making daily operations inefficient and leaving little time to focus on member engagement and organizational growth.
