For over 75 years, the Oregon Trucking Association (OTA) has provided advocacy, training, and resources to nearly 600 members. With a growing membership base, OTA staff struggled with inaccurate and incomplete data. Multiple “open profiles” caused confusion, and expired members still had access to benefits.
The association needed a user-friendly AMS that would allow staff to maintain accurate records, give members self-service access, and provide robust reporting to track activity and inform operational decisions.
