The Challenge

When Tiffany Brightwell, president of ABC North Alabama, joined the organization in 2013, she quickly realized their existing processes were limiting the association’s ability to grow and serve members effectively.

Membership records were managed through MS Access and spreadsheets, requiring staff to manually maintain data across multiple files. Even though both the national and local levels of the organization had previously invested significant resources into another AMS solution, the experience ultimately proved to be a learning opportunity rather than a long-term solution.

Brightwell knew that implementing a robust association management system built for builders associations would allow the organization to reach its full potential.
