The best part of my day is hearing directly from our customers and meeting them where they are.

Over the last four months, I have spent more time on the road than at my desk. User community meetings and trainings. Conferences, annual and regional meetings. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with association executives, chamber executives, association management company executives, members, and partners. Visits with longtime customers at their offices.

From Spokane, Washington, to Washington, DC, and everywhere in between, every stop reinforced the same thing for me:

The work you do matters.

You are strengthening businesses, communities, and the organizations that bring people together every day.

Our job at GrowthZone is to help you keep doing that work. Better. Faster. With less friction between you and the work that actually matters.

That is not a mission statement. It is a daily practice.

When we talk about AI, we talk about it as extra staff. Not a replacement for the people doing the work, but a tool that can handle the chasing, so your team can focus on the leading.

This year, GrowthZone turned 30. We celebrated in New Orleans alongside the customers who helped build this company with us.

But the milestone that stays with me most is this: the very first chamber we ever served, Brainerd Lakes Chamber, is still a GrowthZone customer today.

Thirty years of trust.

That is what we are working to earn every day.
