Working With Your Dedicated Support Manager

As a Premium Support customer, you are assigned a Support Manager. Support Managers are trusted technical advisors who focus on your operational success using the GrowthZone platform.

Your dedicated Support Manager supports and guides you in the following ways:

Transition   Assists you with transitioning to Premium Support

Best Practices   Advises on best practices for using GrowthZone software

New Features   Consults on leveraging new feature functionality

Dedicated Support   Works with you directly on support tickets

Assured Support

Premium Support tickets are categorized according to our standard priority levels. Premium Support accounts will take further priority within these levels.

Premium Support is staffed 8 am – 5 pm Central, Monday-Friday.
