Is our member data used to train AI models?
Association and member data is handled with the same care we have always applied to it. We do not hand your data over to train public models, and the Reporting Connector is read only.
Do we have to learn a separate AI tool?
No. Our AI lives inside the workflows your staff already use, such as member records, segments, and email campaigns. There is no separate chat product to adopt or train your team on.
Which AI features can we use today?
AI powered engagement scoring and engagement campaigns are available now in GrowthZone AMS. Member Concierge, the Reporting Connector, and AI assisted collections are in development.
