After years of working with outdated software and managing data across multiple tools, the Rocky Mount Area Association of REALTORS® began searching for a better solution to support their members and streamline daily work.

When CEO Terry Stevens evaluated the Rocky Mount Area Association of Realtors operations, it was clear their existing system was slowing the organization down. With a staff of just one full-time and one part-time employee, efficiency was essential—but their outdated software made daily work more complicated than it needed to be.
Membership data had to be entered into multiple platforms, including education records, financial information, and industry tools tied to each member profile. This created duplicate work and made it difficult to maintain accurate information.
Because the real estate industry relies heavily on technology, RMAAR needed a system that could integrate with the tools their members depend on while providing reliable data and reporting.
“We were literally inputting the same data into four different products,” said Stevens.
After a three-month search and evaluation of several platforms, RMAAR selected GrowthZone AMS as the best solution for improving operational efficiency. The intuitive interface made it easier to manage day-to-day tasks, while integrations allowed information to flow between systems used by the association and its members.

RMAAR estimates the organization operates at least 20% more efficiently, giving staff more time to focus on supporting members.
Members have also responded positively. Through the Member InfoHub, they can manage their profiles, access financial records, and register for events in just a few clicks.
