The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) AMC Conference was held August 25–27 in St. Louis, MO. The conference brings together home builders association leaders to collaborate, learn from each other, and pick up new ideas they can use to strengthen and grow their associations. The event blends education with community, allowing leaders to connect with others who understand the unique challenges HBAs face.

GrowthZone and NAHB Data Sync
This year, the conference also occurred at the same time that GrowthZone made meaningful progress in systems that support these associations behind the scenes. GrowthZone's association management software, used by HBAs nationwide, recently began testing a new data-sync integration with NAHB. For years, local associations aligned their records with the national database through scheduled batch exports. This pilot changes that. When a member pays dues locally, the update automatically reflects at the national level, with no manual work required.
Jim Tobin, Chief Executive Officer at NAHB, said: "Our members join at the local level, and the systems behind that experience should work together as seamlessly as our federation does. If it performs the way we expect, GrowthZone's system will mean less administrative work for local staff, better data, and more time spent serving home builders."
The integration remains in a pilot phase with an initial group of local associations while GrowthZone refines the experience before a wider rollout.
