A Customer’s Praise of the GrowthZone ChamberMaster Engagement Team
The McDowell Chamber of Commerce has been using GrowthZone’s ChamberMaster membership management software since 2015. Office Manager, Kimberly Effler, recently worked with our Engagement Team to hone her skills within the software and implement membership auto payments.
The Challenge
I am a new ChamberMaster user. Our Chamber has increased its focus on dues retention, and we knew capturing automatic payments would add value to our Chamber.
The Process
We scheduled a call with Melissa and Mia (GrowthZone/ChamberMaster Engagement Managers), who provided me with incredible service. The call was professional and productive. We accomplished several tasks, including sending a mass email to our membership, as well as report viewing.
The Results
I expected to learn automatic payment setup and received much more. Additionally, the ladies were conversational and very patient as I learned the processes. I am very pleased with the level of service and compassion received. I look forward to talking with Melissa and Mia again. Thank you for reaching out to me. I appreciate all that you do.
