The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) was established in 1966 to promote the rights and interests of subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, and suppliers in the United States and Canada. Since 1966, ASA National has grown to include 32 chapters with over 2,300 members (subcontractors).
Here’s their story about how GrowthZone AMS has improved their ability to serve regional and state chapters, along with individual members.
ASA staff was frustrated with association management tools that were outdated before everyone learned how to use them. The quality of member data was inconsistent because systems could not be integrated. Processes were tedious, time-consuming, and staff knew they needed a better platform in order to exceed expectations of members and grow the association.
ASA had outgrown the capabilities of its database provider, and in 2018, determined that the comprehensive features of GrowthZone would support ASA’s business requirements and goals.
“GrowthZone seemed very intuitive to navigate, so having a powerful tool that could automate or speed up functions and easy to use was very attractive to us,” said Matt Levine, ASA Project Manager. “We are a small staff, and the GrowthZone platform allows us to do more in less time, so now we can exceed the expectations of our chapters and individual members.”
