The New Mexico Society of Association Executives (NMSAE) understands that a supportive network is crucial for the success of association professionals and their organizations. In fact, NMSAE has been promoting the professional growth of association executives since 1963 and currently serves more than 70 members. The Challenge
When I took over as Executive Director of NMSAE, the first thing I did was ask our members about their experiences (both good and bad). What I kept hearing was that it was difficult to register for events and frustrating to find event information. Overall, our user experience was poor. On top of that, it was difficult to access records and information about our members.

The Solution
I previously used GrowthZone products when I worked at two prior associations. The experience I had with GrowthZone prompted me to contact their consultants so I could walk them through our current predicament. Our conversation made me confident that GrowthZone features related to event registration, member management, member directories, and the website were exactly what we needed to create a more user-friendly interface for our members.

The Process
The onboarding process with the GrowthZone team was tremendously helpful—from walking me through how to create events, to designing the website, to creating the member directory and setting up the billing and payment system. Every step of the way, a GrowthZone partner was there to assist me.

The Results
After the launch of the new website and the entire GrowthZone interface, our members were amazed. At each program we hosted, members would talk about how easy it is to register for events and how easy it is to make online payments. They commented on how the new GrowthZone system encouraged and assisted their engagement with our association.
